These Terms & Conditions apply to all services, products, and trips provided by LoveDiving².
1. General
LoveDiving² is owned and operated by Anke Westerlaken, based in the Netherlands. By using this website or booking a service/product, you agree to these terms.

2. Products & Art Sales
- All artworks and apparel are designed by Anke Westerlaken.
- Payments must be made in advance.
- Custom orders or digital downloads are non-refundable.
- Delivery times may vary depending on region and product type.
3. Dive Travel & Liveaboards
- A deposit is required to secure a spot on a trip.
- Balance must be paid within the stated period before departure.
- Cancellation fees apply and are specified per trip.
- Dive certification and insurance are required.
4. Intellectual Property
All content (texts, photos, designs, logos) on this website is protected by copyright and may not be used without written permission.
5. Liability
LoveDiving² is not liable for:
- Personal injury, loss, or damage during travel (travel insurance is required)
- Third-party issues (e.g., airlines, liveaboard operators)
6. Disputes
Dutch law applies. Any disputes shall be settled by the court in the Netherlands.
